James Larkin originated from Ireland and was actively involved in organizing of labor activities. The transport sector and workers union in the Ireland was founded by Larkin. James was born in 1876 in England at a place known as Liverpool. James was actively involved in the organizing of activities involving labor in his country.

James Larkin was born in a family that earned peanuts. The entrepreneur worked on various jobs so as to supplement the income that was provided by his family. James eventually became a foreman at one of the docks in Liverpool. James Larkin was active in the trade activities whereby he became a full member in the year 1905.

The main reason why James Larkin founded the trade organization representing the workers in Ireland was to unite them. The unskilled and skilled workers were both incorporated into the organization. James Larkin was really determined to help the workers in his country. James participated in the strike that represented the dockers in 1907. This was one of his greatest achievements in his achievements.
